This policy explains how AI Source Collector handles data inside the Chrome extension.

Data the extension reads

The extension reads supported AI answer pages to capture query text, answer snippets, cited source links, page URLs, timestamps, and model site information when the user saves sources.

The extension is designed for research workflows on supported AI assistant websites listed in the Chrome Web Store permissions.

Local storage

In the first release, saved source history is stored locally in Chrome storage on the user's browser.

The extension does not upload saved source history to GenScaleFy servers unless a future cloud sync feature is added and disclosed.

Data use

We do not sell extension data, use saved source history for advertising, or create advertising profiles from collected content.

Users can delete saved entries inside the extension or remove stored data by uninstalling the extension.
