GenScale AI Catalog Privacy Policy

The app processes Shopify store data needed to generate AI-readable catalog context, including shop domain, store name, products, collections, pages, blogs, policies, navigation, merchant settings, publication status, and generated file metadata.

The current product scope does not require customer records, orders, payment details, or buyer personal data.

We use store data to generate and publish AI-readable files, catalog summaries, full catalog files, product files, and discovery profiles requested by the merchant.

We use configuration data to maintain scheduled sync behavior and publication settings.

Generated publication metadata and merchant configuration may be stored so the app can show status and maintain public URLs.

When a merchant uninstalls the app or Shopify sends an applicable redaction request, shop-owned app data is deleted according to the app deletion workflow.

The production deployment may use Cloudflare and database infrastructure to host the app and generated assets.
